CHECK ME OUT

I grew up in an urban home in the magical city of Mumbai (then, Bombay). Lucky to be born to a progressive set of parents and in the company of two siblings (both, sisters!), I navigated school and college with honours! 

Work life has seen me move to the capital city of New Delhi, traverse varied industries and a few organisations - mostly pleasant and enriching; some, not so. First hand learning in the HR space from the hospitality, education and ITES industries at a time, when India has possibly seen it’s best years yet, has forged me into what I am today. 

Along the way, I have also delivered a TEDx Talk, authored a Book - ‘HR in my HeaRT’ (Buy it from Amazon NOW!) and contributed extensively to leading HR/ Business magazines, blogs and podcasts. I have also been recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice in 2023 by the platform.

Today, at Weber Shandwick, I am leading the HR function and collaborating with my colleagues to help build a truly great workplace. 

I am also playing the role of a catalyst in multiple community initiatives, giving wings to my primary passion - sharing my experience & knowledge for the development of all professionals.
